To realize God, it is not necessary to have wealth, gold, luxuries and comforts; nor is scholarship a requisite. All that is needed is pure devotion. Without purity of thought, word and deed, it is impossible to experience the Divine. God cannot be realized through ostentation and self-conceit. The basic requisite is the shedding of selfishness and possessiveness so that one can engage oneself in actions in a disinterested spirit. Any person is entitled to embark on this quest irrespective of age, caste or gender.

برای درک خداوند، نیازی به داشتن ثروت، طلا، تجملات و وسایل راحتی نیست؛ و نه حتی احتیاجی به دانش است. همه آنچه که نیاز است، ایثار بی غل و غش است. بدون خلوص افکار، کلام، و اعمال، ناممکن است که معنویت را بتوان تجربه کرد. خدا را نمی شود با تظاهر و خودبینی شناخت. لازمه اصلی، دور کردن خودخواهی و حس مالکیت است تا شخص قادر باشد خود را در اعمال بی غرضانه روحی مشغول سازد. هر کس، صرفنظر از سن، طبقه اجتماعی و زن یا مرد بودنش، حق عزم به چنین تلاشی را دارد.
