یاد خدا و تکرار ذکر نام او تنها وسیله رهایی است که به سهولت در اختیار همگان قرار دارد. مردم معمولا ً بطور اتفاقی با نام خداوند سر و کار دارند، در حالیکه از قدرت و نیروی آن بی خبرند. قدرت همه کیهان در آن احاطه شده است. بر شماست که اهمیت آن را به درستی بشناسید و در جای مناسب بکار برید. باجان فعالیتی موثر است که با آن کاما (میل و خواهش) و کرودا (خشم و کین) را می توان دور کرد.
